Rain City Rehearsal & Recording studio is located in Pendlebury, Manchester, which is a short distance from both Bolton & Manchester city centres. The studio has a large rehearsal room/live room and a control room. Recording sessions can be booked from as little as 1 hour & include?free mixing, mastering?& master cd. We also mix and master projects which have been recorded elsewhere for clients who want a professional finish on their final product. ? Rehearsals?are normally booked in 4 hour slots and include?full back line (amps,?instruments, pa system?etc).?The?recording?studio and rehearsal rooms?also boast free secure car parking and round the clock CCTV, other services the studio offers include: Live practice recording, audio post production for TV/Film, sound design, foley, voice over recording, backing tracks, re amplification, drum sequencing, drum editing/replacement.

Recording Software: The Recording?Studio runs 'Digidesign/Avid Pro Tools' & 'Reaper' digital audio workstations for?tracking as well as various high quality plugins from Waves, Digidesign/avid, Toontracks, IK Multimedia, Focusrite, Wavemachine labs and many more!

Mixing Console: The Recording?Studio is equipped with a Soundtracs Solo Logic 24 channel analogue mixer, the mixer has very warm sounding preamps on each channel as well as a very musical sounding?eq system, the desk is also equipped with automation which is ideal for recalling mixes when mixing out of the box.

Minimum booking is ?25 for a single hour. A full 8 hour day is ?140 and includes free mixing/mastering after the recording is complete.

The studio is open only for bookings only, please maintain social distancing via the floor markings, and use the sanitiser provided.

Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
